Business Conferences

The Hajj Conference & Exhibition returns for its sixth edition from 8 to 11 November 2026 at the Jeddah Superdome. The event is organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah under royal patronage and carries the theme "From Makkah to the World", according to the official event website.

What the event covers

The organiser describes the event as an international platform for developing the Hajj services system. It brings together public bodies, international organisations and private companies to present new solutions, build partnerships and exchange institutional experience in serving pilgrims.

• Conference: high-level sessions and the Hajj Council, with dialogue sessions and specialised workshops.
• Exhibition: an international exhibition with a dedicated platform for signing agreements.
• Specialised forums: including forums for Hajj affairs offices, jobs in pilgrim services, awareness and training, a scientific forum, and an innovation and start-ups track.

Practical information

The official site lists daily opening hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Visitors can register through the organiser's visitor registration page, and exhibitor registration is handled through a separate link on the same site. The programme and speaker list are published on the official website.

Who should consider attending

Companies supplying services to pilgrims, such as accommodation, transport, catering, crowd and facilities management, digital platforms and training, may find the event useful for meeting public-sector stakeholders and potential partners ahead of the next season.

Why the event matters

The event is the main annual meeting point between the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the companies that serve pilgrims, and it is where many partnerships and agreements for the coming season are prepared. Suppliers in hospitality, transport, technology, catering and facilities management can use it to understand demand and meet buyers in one place.
